1PM Tuesdays. Forest Fitness 2 hours.
GROUP SESSIONS
Ladies ‘Women On Wheels’ and 'Beginner' classes run from Bedgebury Forest for different abilities. Also group and private sessions on The South Downs.

Enjoy a one to one of tuition to help you get the best out of your riding, or just a guide to somewhere different and gaining the knowledge to be able to go wherever you like.
